Alison has worked on many applications before the VGCCC and has wide experience with hotel and club venues with gaming machines. She has conducted many applications involving hearings before the VCAT, and regularly manages the regulatory and compliance issues that are associated with licensed premises.

  • Acting for clients in the licensing of a number of large precincts, including new retail centre developments incorporating a number of licensed premises within food courts or entertainment precincts. These developments often involve multiple licensees, long lead times, unusual conditions and a significant amount of liaison with the LCV to achieve outcomes that work for both the developer and ultimate tenants of such developments
  • Working with the VGCCC and LCV in relation to compliance and enforcement.
