Who are we?
Our approach revolves around working closely with our clients to contribute to their development and success. We pride ourselves on:

Formed in 2007, from the successful commercial practices Peter Bazzani and Nicholas Brand of Bazzani Brand and Michael Scully and Elizabeth Priddle of Williams Winter.
Comprises a team of five Directors, eight experienced Lawyers and two Legal Executives across six practice areas.
Services clients in the hospitality, gaming, property and sporting sectors, as well as broader business organisations and individuals.
Well-developed relationships with relevant regulatory authorities and advisors in these sectors.
Based in Melbourne’s CBD for easy client access and proximity to relevant judiciary.
