About Rosemary
Rosemary McLoughlin holds a diploma in legal administration and has been practising conveyancing and conducting property law transactions for more than two decades.
Over the course of 23 years Rosemary has combined her role of legal executive within the property department with office management, human resources management and IT management. Her outstanding organisation and technical skills together with her constant good nature makes her an integral and valuable member of our team.
Rosemary has extensive experience in property development transactions (both large and small), commercial property transactions, residential property transactions and rural property transactions, including the transfer of water entitlements.
She has assisted clients with the management of legal requirements in the acquisition and development of several significant sites in Melbourne, and has helped guide her clients through the transition to electronic property law practice.
